Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

A: We can ship out of the USA, but you will need to contact our office to check on shipping options and cost.

Q: How long will it take to ship the products that are ordered?

A: All orders are received within 12-24 hours (excluding weekends) and shipped within one business day. The orders will be processed and then packaged. If your order is 1-2 items or less than 4 lbs. it will be sent USPS priority mail and if it's more than 3 items or over 4 lbs. it will be sent UPS. We'll also send you a tracking number via the email address at which you purchased the product unless otherwise noted. You should receive your package within 7 business days at the latest. If you haven't received it within that time frame, please call or email us immediately.

Q: Do I have to spray anything on my Wind Spinner to prevent it from rusting?

A: NO. Our wind spinners are made of stainless steel to prevent them from rusting. Also, all of our wind spinners are protected with our Lifetime Rustproof Guarantee. If for some reason your spinner does rust you can return it with no questions asked, in exchange for a new one of your choice of equal or lesser value.

Q: Does the Wind Spinner I purchase come with a swivel to hang it from?

A: Yes, our wind spinners come with one rugged, easy turning swivel.

Q: What sizes of Wind Spinners do you sell?

A: Our wind spinners come in many different sizes. They range from 3 inches to 16 inches. (measurements may vary)

Q: What does the gauge of steel mean?

A: The lower the gauge number the thicker the steel. Our 18 gauge steel is extremely heavy duty. They are shipped to you semi flat and all you will need to do is fan the wind spinner out. Don't be afraid to bend it because it won't break.

Q: Where do you recommend I hang my new wind spinner?

A: Here are some ideas for you...

1. Outside in a garden or by an entrance on one of our shepherd hook stands.

2. From the roof of a porch or deck by it's swivel.

3. Inside your house.

4. The 4 inch Mini's look great hanging from any larger spinner, especially the gazing ball spinners.

5. The 3 inch Itsy Bitsy spinners look great on a Christmas tree.

Q: Are your Wind Spinners Made in America?

A: Proudly we can say YES! Our Wind Spinners are Made in the USA. Even the ink we use to print on our printed wind spinners is made in the USA!

Some exceptions include, the swivels, the ball for the Gazing Ball spinner, and the light for the Solar Light spinners.

Q: Why are they called Wind Spinners?

A: Because the Wind Spins them. Some people however, may refer to them as Wind Twisters, Wind Catchers, Wind Ornaments, Wind Sculptures, Eye Catchers or Sun Catchers. We just prefer to call them Wind Spinners.
